As you may know, "bottle" is British slang for what on this side of
the pond we might call, backbone, cojones, heart, or simply courage.
I might prefer to rename "Discarded Bottle" as "Found Bottle" with
the pool of light pushing shadows back being a consequence of finding
our bottle. Of course with "Discarded Bottle" you have the opposite
dynamic - shadows encroaching on light as a consequence of losing our
bottle. I'm a perennial optimist, me, even if still in wing-nut mode.
Sorry.

I have been reading the LUG for quite some time but have never posted
a photo. Each day I wait with anticipation to view your world through
the eyes of your cameras. Through your photos and words I feel I know
more about some of you than many people I meet daily. Today I decided
to take a deep breath and jump in the water. I have posted a few
photos for your viewing. Your comments will always be appreciated.
