Subject: [Leica] Digests out of order

I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem: today I received digest 207 
at 5:31 eastern. Tonight 
I received 209 at 10:18.

Wha hoppen to 208? Is it on its way out to, or returning from Neptune? It 
may get here tomorrow. 
Then again, it may not.

This is happening frequently. Sometimes the digests never turn up.

My ISP is Verizon, if that's relevant.
