Half shell is better. Crushed garlic Cracker crumbs Melted butter A few chopped mushrooms (shitake works well) 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1/2 cup grated Swiss Salt/Pepper Paprika Dry sherry (just a drop on each clam) Sprinkle garlic, parsley, mushrooms, cheese, salt & pepper and very small amount of Paprika evenly onto clams. Then sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Top with plenty of melted butter and a drop of sherry at the last. Bake 12-15 mins at 350 and enjoy. Montie >I must have missed the recipe for the baked clams. Can you send it to me please? Jerry Montie wrote: > Attention all gourmet LUGGERS! Some days things pass > me by and I don't read every post.
