You just download the firmware file. Unzip the zipped file. Copy the file to a freshly formated SD card (you need a card reader). Make sure you have a fully charged battery in your M8. Insert the SD card. Turn on the M8. Then follow the instructions on the M8 screen. It will display automatically.
