Back in 1983, I bought my first townhouse in Virginia Beach.  Buried  
in the settlement docs was a notification that the property was  
located in NAS Oceana's 'Noise Zone 3'...

I would have hated to find out how noisy 'Noise Zone 2' was.

Donna get me started on the aptly named 'Dick' Chaney.
