When I bought it, the seller said that it was just CLA'd. The viewfinder was much worse than a bad FED, so I assumed it to be a characteristic of the Leica III cameras. But I would like something a bit less tunnel-visioned. Jeffery You either love or hate the viewfinder on the LTM cameras. I love mine but, then, I've used them for a lot of years. I can find no difference in brightness between my IIIc, IIIf, and IIIg, but the IIIg does have a more magnified VF.
