Vladimir Ashkenazy, Philharmonia Orchestra on Decca (Polygram), recorded 
in the Kingsway Hall in London in the late 70s early 80s.
His No.2 is the best I've heard. On CD the whole series came out on the 
low-price "Double Decca" series. The Penguin CD guide speaks very highly 
of the whole set, I quote: "... a rich and strong, consistently 
enjoyable cycle."
