Luis,

As I recall, I swapped a very worn Summarit for the Summitar many years ago.

A couple of years ago, I sent it in for a CLA because the aperture ring was
getting very stiff.  I think that cost me around 70USD.  I think they are
currently going for 150-200USD.  If you have a good one, enjoy it.  I think
I have one image in my gallery using the IIIf and Summitar. I will link it
below.
