Do you wear glasses, or do you have any kind of additional eyecup on? Then 
it's quite normal you don't see the lines. I see them well (only the corners 
are faded away) on a M6/0.72 though I have to go VERY CLOSE with my eye (the 
left one in my case, but can see it with the weaker right one, too).
