Another way of looking at this one is that it's precisely the  
presence of a non-ordinary hand, combined with the presentation of it  
as a simple fact, that causes this image to transcend the "stock  
photo" category.

And let me be clear; there ain't nothin' wrong with stock photos, and  
we should all be so lucky as to have some images which might qualify  
for that category.
