Subject: [Leica] D-lux 3 Help for Wife

My wife has been searching for a small image stabilized pocket camera 
and fell in love with the D-Lux 3 based on pictures and reviews on the 
net.  Unfortunately they don't yet seem to be available on any of our 
regular haunts (J&R, B&H, Amazon, etc.)  Anyone know where one might be 
immediately sourced or when they will be available?  Other comments?

Also, I tried to convince her to consider a Panasonic  DMC-LX2K, which 
appears to be pretty similar, much less expensive and readily 
available.  However, she wants to be a Leica owner, too, just like her 
hubby.
