Subject: [Leica] Help - problems with DSLR spots

I'm hoping some one on the group can help

was out taking pics with Pentax DSLR and some but not all frames had  
these two spots on them

is this sensor dirt?  In the frames that have it's always in the same  
location and same morphology.  Wouldn't think this is related to the  
lens -
have been blessed with no dirt problems so that's why I have to ask.

Thoughts?
