Not to speak for Tina...

My experiences with the 12 an 15 on the M8 were 
very good, especially the 12 which in my opinion 
is a somewhat better lens than the 15. Both are 
definitely superior to the wides available for 
the Canons, and I would use either as needed.

I use the 5D regularly, and I also find Canon's 
offerings quite poor. I recently sold my 16-35 as 
my copy of the Sigma 12-24 is noticeably better 
in almost every way except speed.
