Actually, the DMR produces a 19.5mb file, the M8 a 10.5mb file.  The 
difference is loss-less compression applied by an ASIC (application 
specific IC) in the M8.  ASIC's are much faster than 
firmware.  Sadly, that also means such compression cannot be 
retrofitted to the DMR. :-(

As for the 22MP, FF, R10... well...
