I have LOTS of hand held shots at 1/15th and below.  In fact, most of 
the ones that I take in dark adobe houses with no electricity would 
fit in that category.  I like to push the envelope ;-)    Sometimes 
they work and sometimes they don't but when they do they are usually worth 
it.
