Very nice square images.....

Arguments about image proportions are very common in the LF world. However,
given the opportunities to crop, I find it silly.

Any image in any proportion can be gorgeous.

Note: I was around some Ilford folk recently. I asked if any of them knew
of any manufacturer that made photo paper in the past of
square proportions. No ( other than some pretty obscure Military paper).
Remember that during the 40's, Rollei was king, and that
was all square negative. You would expect someone produced square paper.

Since the advent of computer printing at home, I expected to see paper in
sizes of 8x10, 11x14, etc. mimicking wet paper sizes.
Instead we get 8 1/2x11, etc.... all Paper sizes from the printing business.
Funny how manufacturers can change what seems to be
sacrosanct history into efficiencies.
