I hope this doesn't come off as insensitive... but um... perhaps your
copy of photoshop was perhaps accidentally loaded on your machine from
yours or someone else's workplace and your very legal purchased copy
is sitting on your shelf? 

I believe that information is is filled in during registration of the
product, I do not believe it is accessible by any menu item after
registration.
