Some of these kids look too young to have a concept of "death" that 
would lead to that expression. Sorry, I think there's a lot of 
teasing going on first, holding it out and snatching it away, that 
sort of thing.... or she maybe whacked them across the head while 
taking the lollipop away...

In any case, she's in need of some serious therapy....
