They preferred the expression of a, but that one is just too sweet and expected IMO. There were a lot of better and funnier shots of him. But lawyers do not like 'risks'. And they do see risks anywhere. It had to be what I call "John Pumpernickle III, founding senior partner of Pumpernickle, Weisenfr?st and partners staff room" portraits. But 2 out of 3 ain't bad in advertising. Most of the time the difference between strong initial concept and final client signed result is somewhat different. Which is strange: imagine me saying to a lawyer (just as an example: I have no problems with lawyers at all): 'I do not like your approach on this matter. Instead of case x, use case y as an argument. And throw that law article 546 bis in, instead of your suggested article 259 ter." We get to hear this all the time.
