In an ideal world. Yes. However given that your negotiating with the  
folks who'd have to sign the release, h-mm? I'd try and get a  
property release from the owners before I negotiate with the realtors  
(a bit sneaky).

Try and negotiate both credit and use fees for each use while  
retaining full copyrights. If they balk at the credit you can request  
a higher use fee. If they agree to the credit you can make out that  
they get a "deal." Keep in mind that use fees for "commercial use"  
should be significantly higher than "editorial use."
