Beautiful Sonny! If I may repeat myself ... The three most important things 
to keep in mind when photographing humans, and that is:

LIGHT....
EYES....
ACTION.....

Or any combination of these and the chances are one will have a more than 
snap shot photo. This one is way beyond a "happy snap!" One for a gallery 
show! Actually it's hard to explain all the nuances other than "Holy cow I 
wish I'd taken that!" Damn yer good old buddy!

The light: is an absolutely perfect example of " shooting from the shadow 
side!"
The eyes: similarly perfect, almost riveting.."Like what's he doing?"
The action. No not physical action. But the expression is wonderful!

If you stay with this child picture taking thing a bit longer maybe some day 
you could become a "successful professional!" ;-) ;-) ;-)

Now for heaven sake folks it's a joke between Sonny and myself. :-) However 
I'm sure you all get the jist of it. :-)
