No better asparagus than ? la flamande:
(remember my brussels sprouts recipe)

cook some white asparagus in slightly salted water till they're ready.
melt some real butter. a few spoons over the asparagus
have a hard boiled egg ready. chop it fine. disperse over the asparagus.

et voil?.
