I took these at a vocational training facility for people with cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities. I elected to not use flash in order to minimize my intrusion ansd abvoid distressing some folks. Thus. I was left hand holding many shots at 1/15 sec and thereabouts. Underexposure led to some even more dramatic grain than I had anticipated (Ilford HP-5 and Delta 400) but most frames of the 100 or so that I took were salvageable. I attempted to capture the many emotions and conditions I encountered during my visit with these wonderful people. Here are a few. I have many more. http://gallery.leica-users.org/Southlawn Thanks for looking. Craig Washington, DC > >
