Hi BD - I agree. A sweeping generalization: I find that unless one of  
the major subjects (and by this I mean content) of the photograph is  
literally the color itself, black and white will make a stronger and  
simpler statement about the subject (content).

And - I enjoyed your auction photographs; most especially the  
auctioneers and those helping them. I think the collection needs some  
of the audience bidding with their paddles, numbers, whatever.
