The Rollei's could be bought for a fraction of the price of the Hassies but now that neither are in production and film and slide shows become an anachronism I'm sure that has evened out. I thoght it made a big difference seeing all the slides shot with Leica glass at the annual Leica historical society meetings when it was made sure that Leica projectors were used about 8 years ago and with emphasis here again on Leica glass projecting Leica glass made chromes. Kodachrome hopefully and often. A big gap between that option and the Kodak 35 dollar cheapo's with acrylic elements. There are a couple of third partly companies making premium glass for slide projectors (Elmo?) and they seem to be German which appeals to me anyway from a symmetrical point of view. Symbiosis. Catharsis. Synchronicity. Karma? Mork in New York Location: Extended StayAmerica White Plains - Elmsford, NY 10523
