Subject: [Leica] Focomat 2C and V35: Amazing

I did not want to put the $2600 number out there for fear of raising prices 
further.....It also appeared to be a almost new and most
modern of the series of enlargers.....

Why do these things draw such high bids?  Are they really THAT good?  What 
makes them so special?  Please tell me it is not the red
dot syndrome......

And No, I do not covet one......
