Are the Fuji GW / GSWs just less expensive alternatives to the 'Blad Pan II
or they equals in durability/ pic quality?

  Many thanks,

Yes. The GW models have a fixed 3.5/90mm, the GSW models a 5.6/65mm. I
belive W means Wide and SW SuperWide. For the G690/G690BL there were several
exchangeable wide angle lenses, the 5.6/50mm, 5.6/65mm, 8.0/65mm, even the
3.5/100mm is a wide. Calculate 42% for the 35mm equivalent focal length.
