Nice project BD.

There's nothing necessarily wrong with being assignment driven. The  
message here to a newly diagnosed epileptic may be that there is much  
hope of leading a normal life. I doubt that a 12-year-old trying to  
learn about life with epilepsy wants to or needs to see the rictus  
that is their potential reality

There is a difference between editorial and journalistic. It is not  
good versus bad, but knowing what you hope to accomplish.

Giving hope to the afflicted is one thing. Stimulating donations for  
research for anti-seizure treatments is a very different thing.  
Advertising photogs don't expect to present a complete picture of a  
product.
