And many of us are still swimming against the digital influx, so it's good to have you here. I'm new Hello Folks, I'm very new to the group so please be gentle with me. Firstly, hello from the sub-tropical end of Australia. I note some fellow LUGers from this quarter of the planet. I have arrived at that point when I, while still frantically swimming upstream against the digital tsunami, finally acquired an M, temporarily put down the other gear, refurbished the darkroom and am attempting to rediscover the fundamentals and sheer joy of using superb gear to create images. The group is entirely entertaining, vastly educational and completely undisciplined in posting. So please, some basics for me, it's reasonable to create a gallery and then link to it in a post? Also OK to post comments on other folks' topics (ever so politely as a debutante without introductions)? Some of the posts are even about Leicas! (not that I harbour a crawdads prejudice) Hoppy In Vino Veritas _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group. See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
