The only thing is when I stopped down to get the subject all in focus, the out of focus azaleas were not as smooth as at F2, like in the case of the fern. I wish the background azalea were further away from the subject which might work better. I took this a few weeks back when the tulips were about to bloom. I stopped down to f4. I thought the shiny leave behind the red tulip would be a distraction though. What do you think? The fern is nice, but for the rest you needed to stop down a bit more to define the subject and possibly then the backgrounds OOF would make it all work better.
