I think your initial image was better. The 3 kids same side of the  
swing, each one repeating the rythm of the other, their shadows on  
the ground, your POV, the tilted horizon...
And grandpa can be taken out: I did a test on your low res image (so  
edge defining was pretty hard) and there's enough material to fill  
his void.
Strangely enough, when he's out, it almost begs for a recrop and a  
little more of tilt.
I'll send you my test offlist.
