I had been asking myself the very same question that we ponder here. There
is a CdS (they still make those?) incident/reflected meter out there with
several different names. It is purportedly made in Japan. It goes for about
$60 and might be a real sleeper. I think it is peddled in England as the
Jessops meter. Fedka sells it as well.
