I received my notice in the mail that the polls were at 600 block of Jackson
Ave. Now, before Katrina there's no way in hell anyone walks down there
unless you need crack, heroin, maddog or 8 ball. Hopefully A.K., things can
improve.

Someone in that photo may need some lypo Jeff.
