Subject: [Leica] Rollei 40/2.8 Sonnar Lens in LTM

Does anyone know if this lens has anything in common with the 40/f2.8 
Sonnar on my little Rollei 35S camera?  It is certainly a good 
performer, even if the camera is a bit clumsy to use.
