Hrmmm. The first couple of times I used this technique (on other but
similar shots) I noticed an excessive blue in some of the recovered
highlights. Actually, it was called to my attention; I am slightly but
not completely color challenged and I thought it was a gray rather than
a blue tinge.

When I adjusted this shot I tried to tone down the 'multiply blending'
and such but maybe I wasn't entirely successful. Of the people who have
seen it you were the first one to mention it. It may be that you have a
better monitor or a more acute eye for color.

Be that as it may I accept it is there and will work on the issue some
more. I am convinced it can be fixed, I'm just not there yet.

I think.
