I've always had good luck with A&I labs inLos Angeles.

  I carry their prepaid mailers on trips and mail rolls of film as I 
go. That way I have something to look at when I get home and don't 
have to worry about airport security. I first heard about them at a 
landscape workshop with John Shaw.
