Asunto: [Leica] Jeffery PAW 9 - Now the 17th St. Canal breach

This is the remnants of the defect in the 17th St. Canal that caused the
destruction of much of West End, Mid-City, and Uptown New Orleans.

Unlike the violent breach in the Industrial Canal that demolished the Lower
9th Ward, this was more of a slow leak that steadily put the city under
water over the course of a week.

Taken with a Bessa R2S and 28/3.5 Color Skopar on Tri-X.
