Kyle, if you get the chance go to one of the SASS competitions. This  
is where they use old west style sixguns, lever action rifles and  
dress in period costumes. One of my favorite events is when they ride  
( on a horse, of course ) and shoot targets while moving.

At the larger events people and vendors will set up period style  
stores and eateries and it?s almost like being back in the old west.

One of the most interesting things about these competitions is that  
it is a social ( family ) event that just happens to have guns involved.
