All you need to do is calibrate your monitor with something like a Spyder Pro probe and you're good to go. Your lab will provide you with a profile for free and the results are very accuarate. Pearl or glossy finish RC paper are the most widely available, but there is a company in Canada (www.elevatordigital.com), who will print on fiber.
