You may want to check with some ALPA repair people.  They may be able 
to do such coating for at least direct you to someone who does.

Karl Heitz in Woodside (Queens) NY, NY was the ALPA distributor in the 
US.  I tried his web link from the link above but got a 404 message 
(not found).  However you might give Heitz a call.  The Swiss locations 
might help.
