Subject: [Leica] Re: Colorprints from negative or positive colorfilms?

The advantage of colour positive (i.e slide/transparency) film over all
other photographic media is that one has a hard-copy, true colour (not
reversed) image to match colour with (or use as a solid starting point) when
making a print on paper. Know your films and choose the right one for the
situation, and you're off to the races. It's fairly easy for most commercial
print labs to do your bidding without you having to wear out your precious
photographer's eyes indoors from hours at your computer, fiddling with jets
of ink, etc. BLECH!
