Hi B.D.,
I read your method of converting your train shots to B&W with much  
interest and tried doing it myself, too, by putting it in an  
automated PS action.
Just one, maybe simple for some, question: how do you get the 400 ASA  
grain out of the BW Pro automation before you apply USM?
Would be very thankful if you shared it with us.
