Concerning the dinners, I've shot this picture thinking on a contrasted negative, even so I can low it and appreciate the shadows detail, but in my opinion it is not to be respectuos with the real scene, many times I've manipulated the images, I prefer give the sensation the reality. I agree that it would be better than the bicyclist has been closer Thanks again for your time on your detailed comments Saludos desde Barcelona Luis -----Mensaje original----- De: lug-bounces+luisripoll=telefonica.net@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+luisripoll=telefonica.net@leica-users.org]En nombre de Ric Carter Enviado el: domingo, 20 de noviembre de 2005 0:07 Para: Leica Users Group Asunto: Re: [Leica] New pictures, Which one you prefer? (IMO, I prefer the second one) Thanks Luis! I prefer the second also, but like some others in the batch better. > > http://www.leica-gallery.net/lr-photo/image-88950.html > http://www.leica-gallery.net/lr-photo/image-88951.html > > Other uploaded pictures are: > > http://www.leica-gallery.net/lr-photo/image-88952.html > http://www.leica-gallery.net/lr-photo/image-88953.html > > This family was looking an spectacle in the Barcelona Ramblas I like their shared gaze. It makes me wonder what they are looking at. If there is a portraitist to your right, he must have a wonderful family pose. > http://www.leica-gallery.net/lr-photo/image-88954.html > I love this one. Her reaction to street theater is refreshing. What a wonderful expression! Is everything in the photo helping, or would cropping strengthen the image? > http://www.leica-gallery.net/lr-photo/image-88955.html This one is very interesting, but I would like to see more detail in the diners. Maybe it's my monitor. > http://www.leica-gallery.net/lr-photo/image-88956.html I like this one very much. The reflection adds perspective and another view of the street. I wonder if the bicyclist's getting closer would have helped, or just gotten in the way. > http://www.leica-gallery.net/lr-photo/image-88957.html > Very nice images.
