Yes it is great and you should know that German and Austrian Governments have tried in the past to have it banned from Europe. I personally have been photographing the harvest of ice wine for years and my photos are all sold/published in Europe. You would even find a Leica M6 photo one metre by 2 metres hanging in the wine museum in London under Waterloo bridge. If you pick up wine books in London on wines of the world, under Canada, you would most likely find a photo of mine on ice wine and shot on a Leica. Next time try some Inniskillin as it started the trend. Cheers!
