Kitty http://gallery.leica-users.org/Zenis-efforts/kittynikkor won't get on the desk...instead she sits behind me, out of reach, purring loudly. If this doesn't elicit the desired response, she will start to squeak/high pitch mew. If THAT doesn't work, she will come put her paws on my leg and fuss at me. When I get up, we had for the kitchen (with the same turning round to look at me trick) where I stroke her while she eats. About five minutes of this, she's happy for another hour...whereupon we repeat the routine. On the other hand, Port http://gallery.leica-users.org/Zenis-efforts/countersquirt will park himself between me and the keyboard for attention...then run amok if I don't play with him. Nutter! Methinks it's the charmingness of this sort of behaviour that lets them wheedles their way into our hearts and prompts all the photographs we take of them. > Strange animals Yes we are :)
