Aha!  That's quite a lot of difference...  My original attempts using
colored filters were printed straight on RA paper by my pro lab with no
manipulation to bring out the sky.  I need to go back and look at those
negs.

With ordinary silver based B&W film, I can get that kind of effect printing
on B&W paper without burning.  I thought the C41 should behave the same way,
but obviously it didn't.

Now, where did I put those negatives from 5 years ago...
