I was speaking generically of Leica lens adaption.  I don't even have 
a Summicron, but the 19/2.8, the 80/1.4, the 100/2.8 APO/Macro. the 
long telephotos - all work great with the adapters for the Canon 
camera, but I'll have to admit that since I got the Canon 85/1.2 I'm 
not using the Leica R 80/1.4 as often.  I still like the Leica R look 
but automatic focus of the Canon lenses adds a huge advantage for my 
aging eyes!
