Subject: [Leica] scanner help

Does the scanning program launches from your PC/Mac, or does your PC/Mac
doesn't find the scanning device even when the scanner is set on?
If the latter, restarting your PC/Mac (might be needed several times) after
the scanner is set on, might help: when recognised, it will also swallow.
Happens all the time (to my despair) with my Elite on my Mac.
