[Author Prev] [Author Next] [Thread Prev] [Thread Next] [Author Index] [Topic Index] [Home] [Search]Simon, I only have a 20D, not a 1-series Canon, but I am pretty sure that they all behave the same--meaning that with a Leica lens+adapter, the camera does not even recognise that a lens is mounted on it. So no focus confirmation or anything of that sort; but you can shoot in aperture priority mode, since the camera's meter continues to function and will simply measure whatever light comes through the lens.
