Baloney.....

Markets get created by convincing the consumer he just must have the item
for sale.    He just must have it!  Advertising is the methodlology by which
the message is delivered.  Bad qualiity can break the momentum, but even
here, the message and attitude is much more important than the distressing
facts.

Success has almost nothing to do with consumer need or engineering facts.
